Porsche Panamera front air suspension repair kits

1. Shock Core, our air suspension shock all change the " shock core ", for brand new shock, we use the 100% new quality shock core, for the rebuild shock absorber, we change the oil and air inside the shock core, this way guarantee stable quality air suspensio shock.

2. Dust Cover, the material is rubber, it is soft material, it is anti-dust cover, break easily and we need to change every time.

3. Steel Ring, for the Panamera front shock steel ring, there are 3pcs in one set, the steel ring size as following:

Front up steel ring: 131*125*15  (double groove)

Front middle steel ring: 122*112*10 (without groove)

Front low steel ring: 93*87*15 (double groove)

4. Aluminum Head, the material is "aluminum ", when make new Panamera front air suspension shock, this part need to change.

5. Solenoid Valve, this is a very important part, when you repair or rebuild the shock, it's better to change it.

6. Rubber Bladder/Rubber Sleeve, the material is rubber,  this is used to hold the air, the material must work in hot and cold weather,our rubber with the following features:

a. the inside layer rubber we use the CR rubber from Japan

b. the bone material we use the Nylon PA66

c. anti-oxidant properties, Oil and acid resistance, work between the temperature from -40℃-80℃

d. fatigue test: amplitude 35mm, inflation pressure 0.7MPA, Continuous testing 3.5 million times without leaking.

7. Aluminum Cover, this part is used to protect the inside rubber, when driving on the car, if some stones knock the shock absorber, if there is no this aluminum cover, the rubber bladder will be damaged easily.

8. Central Rubber, when you assemble this part, need to put some " glue " round of it, this way reduce the leaking rate. And the O ring is necessary when you purchase this part.

11. Plastic Piston, the rubber one side put onto the Aluminum Head, another side crimp onto the Plastic Piston.
